Cleaning audit

See what's been cleaned across the whole site.

Your cleaners currently sign a sheet on the door. Now they scan a QR code instead, and you see every bathroom on one screen — what's been cleaned, when, and what hasn't — without walking round to check.

You describe your own site. Tell us how many bathrooms you need to audit, name your buildings and rooms the way your team already calls them, and we print a sheet for each one. None of it comes from our public listings, and none of it is public.

  • 1–5 bathrooms $149 / year
  • 6–15 bathrooms $249 / year
  • 16–25 bathrooms $349 / year
  • 26+ bathrooms Talk to us

Available now

  • Your own names for your own rooms — "Men's 1st Floor", "Family Room Basement". Private to you, never shown on the public site, never taken from our listings.
  • Nothing for cleaners to install — scan, type a PIN, done. No app, no account.
  • A PIN for each cleaner or crew, named after them, so the log says who — "cleaned at 11:35 by Maria", "at 14:20 by Night Shift", not just "cleaned at 14:20". When somebody leaves you switch their PIN off and nobody else is affected.
  • Problems reported at the door — blocked drain, empty dispenser. It comes to you, not to us.
  • An exportable record, by site, bathroom, cleaner and day, for when somebody complains or for accountability and archiving.
  • Show it to customers if you want — "last cleaned 40 minutes ago" on a bathroom's squatadvisor listing. One bathroom at a time, entirely your choice, and nothing older than a few hours is ever shown.

What a claim does not include

You cannot edit ratings or reviews. Not as a paid extra, not on request.

That is the point rather than a restriction we hope you won't notice. The ratings on this site are worth reading because the people being rated cannot touch them — and a claimed listing is worth having for exactly the same reason. If owners could edit their scores, a claim would be worth nothing, because nobody would believe any of it.

The facts are yours to set. Stalls, changing table, step-free access, the entry code — you know your building, and a current answer from you beats a stale guess from a stranger. It takes effect the moment you save, and the page says the value came from the venue so a reader can weigh it. Anybody can still disagree, and enough people disagreeing changes it.

What stays out of reach is what people said about you. Reply to a review and your reply appears beneath it, marked as coming from the venue — but the review itself, and every rating that feeds the score, belongs to whoever wrote it.

Questions

Can I change the facts on my own listing?
Yes — directly, and they go live as they save. The page marks them as coming from the venue, and readers can still disagree; enough of them disagreeing changes the value back. Ratings and review text are a different matter and stay out of your hands, because those are what a reader is actually trusting.
Can a cleaning contractor buy this for premises they don't own?
Yes, and nobody needs to be asked. What you buy is a record of your own cleaning: your buildings, your room names, your cleaners' PINs. It says nothing on our public site and makes no claim on anybody's listing. The one thing that can touch a listing is optional and you turn it on per bathroom — see below.
We clean forty sites. Can we buy that here?
As many sites as you like on one contract — the price is the number of bathrooms, not the number of buildings. Past 25 bathrooms, talk to us.
What if we take on another building mid-year?
Add it. When you name more bathrooms than your plan covers we show you what the larger plan costs before anything is charged, and the difference is billed pro rata. Going the other way waits for your renewal — we don't refund part of a year you've already paid for.
What happens when a cleaner leaves?
Switch their PIN off. Nobody else is affected and everything they already logged stays in the record, still under their name — the alternative, one shared code that has to be changed and re-told to everybody on the day somebody leaves, is the day it's least likely to get done.
Does any of this show on the public site?
Nothing, unless you choose it. Your sites, your room names, your cleaners and your log are private. You can switch on a “last cleaned” time for an individual bathroom's squatadvisor listing — one at a time, and only for a few hours after each clean, so an old entry never sits on a page implying more than it should.
Somebody is publishing cleaning times on our listing and they don't clean here.
Report it from the listing and we'll look — we can switch it off.
Can a contractor reply to reviews?
No. Replies come from the venue only. A reply from the company a business hired is a reputational risk to that business, and not theirs to take.
More than 25 bathrooms?
Talk to us — a site that size wants a conversation, not a checkout button.
